Country song lyrics help?

I'm not sure exactly how to put this.. I'm trying to find the name of a song but I don't know the exact lyrics!! I just know the gist of it.. basically it's a country song, about a cowboy who finds a wild bull or horse? and then there's a chain of events where he decides to do this and then that and then finally decides to saddle and ride him? It's kind of older??
