Are these symptoms of a Hernia?

I can feel these little lumps right down at my bladder area. When ever I push in right down near my bladder I get this pain right down near my rectum. The pain seems to be inside and its more like a stabbing pain. I also have extreme weakness in my abdominal area right down near the bladder to where I have trouble even pushing for a bowl movement. Instead of telling me to just go to the doctor of which I will do can someone offer me there opinions on what this could be?
