Seriously, whats the problem with black men in America?

Of course not all , but the inner city youth. I would like to have a real theory. I boggle my brain thinking about what went wrong. they were not raised that way. Please don't get offended ( I am all black and love black) but lately I feel the men are cursed. they just don't get it!
