I'm wondering if my portion sizes are too big?

Your meals are fine. Usually if you are dieting they always say you can eat as much vegetables and fruit as you want, but i would still stick with vegetables because fruits have A LOT of natural sugars and too much fruit can cause weight gain. Most of you meals seem very healthy. I don't think you should worry too much that they are fist size.
