Hair help?! Dark brown to Blonde?

I am natrually a dirty blonde. I've gone through every hair color imaginable and my hair has been recently died black. It hasn't been dyed for a little over a month, and has faded to a dark brown. I have about an inch of dirty blonde roots, and I'm looking to go back blonde. My hair is really healthy right now and I'm willing to do it step by step. I'm looking for the best way possible WITHOUT having to go professional. I have a lot of salon and hair care experience, just trying to keep my hair as healthy as possible.
