Bad diarih in 5 week old puppy.?

Hi, for those of you who read my questions the heelers who i rescued. One of the them had developed a case of diarih with the puppy kibbles. The best food i can get here is at wal marts, which is purina iams or pedigree. I buy purina. I normaly dont feed kibble and i hate it...i always fed raw, but people on here said to start by feeding them kibble. Today i gave her some rice water with pablum, but no kibbles. What are some other things i can do for the diarih. They all went to the vet monday and the doc said they had a clean bill of health and to bring them in at 6 wks and deworm them. He said the diarih would be normal, but im still a bit worried...should i just feed raw? Ive only ever fed that, so am new to kibble feeding. Please help. thanks
