HOSTS file (internet explorer/siteblocking thing) does not work? what's wrong with it.?

my guess is that you have DNS cached for this site. Go to Start -> Run -> type "CMD". Then type "ipconfig /flushdns". Also, change: "38.25.63.10 rs2cheating.com" to "127.0.0.1 rs2cheating.com". Also, just to be sure, delete all of your cookies, browsing history and temporary internet files.
