I am refurbishing my old 80gallon aquarium and I cleaned the the tank with Windex do I need to cleans it?

My 80 gallon aquarium was filthy after being in the garage for 4 years. So I cleaned the tank, filter, current machine and everything with windex. Do I need to disinfect everything now or rinse in some sort of way. Will the windex kill the fish I choose for the saltwater aquarium.
