What age can you move out in Texas?

ok, my gf is about to turn 17 and i just turned 18 not to long ago we have been going out for a long time now and her parents are divorced and are always fighting still or puttin her in the middle of everything and she is always confused and never knows what to do. I live in Texas and i believe the law is 17 to were you are a adult and can move. I just graduated this year and i got a real good job right now and am going to college. I have my own apartment and everything is going good. When she turns 17 can she move in with me cause that is what she really wants to get out of all the drama between her family! by law can she move with me if i am taking care of her and we are living good and all??? does anyone kno?
