I have a corrupt file because unreadable "c:windows/temp/tmpoooooo41D0D… do I need?

All temporary files are saved in temp folder. If it clutters in bulk, it should be deleted. Registry cleaners are very helpful in this case. They not only delete these temporary files, but also remove errors and invalid entries from windows registry and you will get more output from your PC.
