IP address problem in Windows Vista?

actually in ur case you have only one ipaddress .the ones you see are your ip address then your alternate address and the other one is youir gateway address euither your firwall or ur router address.if you want to remove it go to tcpip proprerties of the same and remove your alternate ip address and ur gateway address .but thsi is not recomended
